You know that alot of people have been complaining lately about customer service agents not speaking English too well since most of the call centers now are outsourced to India, Kenya and other places. Well, DELL has the solution. For a monthly service charge, your call will be re-routed to a rep here in the United States with fluent English skills I kid you not, I heared it the other day on the news.
