Ok, I found it and it worked. But then when I played my home video and paused it on the pix I wanted, and then pressed print...the video started playing again. I don't know maybe there is something on the video where you can't copy it. Maybe I could use a different video player. Any suggestions? If so I'll see if I can find a trial version.

you don't press 'print' you press 'print screen' it's the button on the top row to the right of the key board, but to the left of the number board. it makes a copy of what is on the screen. then you go to 'paint' and hit the edit button and then paste. it will past a copy of what was on your screen, the entire screen. then you 'select' the area, the pic you want, the dotted lined rectangular button on the top right of the tool box in paint. when you have what you want selected, you cut or copy it, and paste it in a new file in paint.
