There are all sorts of constitutional scholars out there saying it the tax bill doesn't pass muster. Someone or several someones will file suit(s) and a whole lot of money will be wasted defending the lawsuits and hopefully massive damages will be awarded. Congress should never have passed the bailout but that said, they dropped the ball when they didn't put stipulations on the money and when they passed the stimulus bill complete with the Dodd amendment without reading the bill. Congress and the admin deserve to go down for this - a bunch of execs do not
