I know. I was going to pay a credit card bill by phone (debit) and they want to hit me up for $10. These people don't know what to think up next. It's "Fees Gone Wild" I tell ya. You know that alot of people have been complaining lately about customer service agents not speaking English too well since most of the call centers now are outsourced to India, Kenya and other places. Well, DELL has the solution. For a monthly service charge, your call will be re-routed to a rep here in the United States with fluent English skills I kid you not, I heared it the other day on the news.
